EDUCATION DIRECTOR Red Bull Theater, New York, NY (2010-2011)
Responsible for overseeing the development and growth of the education department, including Educational Outreach (Direct Address), an extensive Apprentice/Intern program, sessions with scholars of Elizabethan and Jacobean drama (Bull Sessions) and an emerging conservatory program. Responsible for organizing and developing content for in-school residencies and student matinees; vetting the application process and partnering mentors with approximately twenty apprentices/interns; contributing to the organization of scholarly talk-back sessions, including writing dramaturgical program notes; formulating a pedagogical approach to actor training for the classical actor conservatory; as well as contributing to grant applications pertaining to Red Bull Theater’s educational pursuits.

Spellbound Theatre, Oversight Committee 2020
The Oversight Committee served to forge a collaborative/horizontal artistic and administrative leadership model, which helped to ensure that Spellbound Theatre, a small non-profit organization, survived the COVID-19 pandemic. In this capacity, I contributed to successful grant proposals, artistic decisions, copywriting, and data-driven budget analysis.
